Scope
These terms govern orders placed through PharmaAccess and apply in the version current at the time an order is placed.
Placing an order means accepting them. If anything here is unclear, write to us before ordering.
How a contract is formed
Products displayed on the site are not an offer in the legal sense. They are an invitation to place an order.
The offer comes from you, when you confirm an order. An automatic acknowledgement of receipt does not by itself form a contract.
A contract is formed when we confirm that the order has been accepted for fulfilment, or when the goods are dispatched.
We reserve the right to decline an order — in particular where a product is unavailable, where the details given are obviously incorrect, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of misuse.
Prices
Prices shown include applicable taxes. Delivery is shown separately and appears in the basket before you confirm.
The price binding on an order is the one in force when the order is placed. Later price changes do not affect orders already placed.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Where that happens we tell you before fulfilment, and you may withdraw from the order.
Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Fulfilment begins once payment is confirmed.
Payment is handled by an external provider. We do not store full payment card details.
If payment is not completed within a reasonable period, the order may be cancelled.
Delivery
Goods are sent to the address given in the order. Any delivery timeframe shown is an estimate rather than a commitment to a particular day.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, by network congestion, by customs checks or by events outside our control.
Further detail is in the delivery conditions.
Cancellation
For a distance purchase there is a right to cancel within fourteen days of receiving the goods.
That right does not extend to medicinal products supplied in sealed packaging where the packaging has been opened after delivery, for reasons of health protection and hygiene.
The full conditions and the procedure are in the returns policy.
Complaints
Statutory rights in respect of defective goods apply. Report anything damaged, incorrect or incomplete as soon as possible, with the order number and a description of the problem.
A photograph speeds up resolution considerably.

Delivery goes anywhere in the UK, in plain outer packaging with no logo and no product name on it. How long it takes depends on where it is heading and which service you picked. Prices are in pounds.
