Cialis Super Active: tadalafil already in solution

Where does the variability come from?

With a compressed tablet, two things have to happen before absorption: the tablet breaks apart, and the powder dissolves.

How quickly those happen depends on stomach contents, stomach acidity and individual differences. Which is why the same tablet can feel different on different occasions.

In a soft gel capsule the active ingredient is already in solution. The shell opens and the contents are immediately available for absorption.

That removes a step, and with it one of the main sources of inconsistency.

Why consistency matters more than speed

Worth spelling out, because it is the real argument for this format.

A result that varies unpredictably is corrosive. It creates doubt, doubt creates anxiety, and anxiety works directly against arousal. The unreliability then becomes self-reinforcing.

A format that behaves the same way each time removes one variable from that cycle. For some men that matters more than shaving fifteen minutes off the onset.

Combined with the long window

Tadalafil's defining feature is duration — a window well past a day rather than a few hours.

So this format gives a quicker, more predictable start, followed by the long stretch the molecule is known for.

Very little planning required at either end.

Taking it

• Swallow the capsule whole with water.
• Do not pierce or open it.
• Twenty to thirty minutes beforehand.
• Once in twenty-four hours.
• Food makes little difference with tadalafil.
• Keep alcohol moderate.

The once-daily limit matters more with a long-acting drug, not less. The previous dose has not cleared.

Storage: this format is fussier

Soft gel capsules are more sensitive than pressed tablets.

Heat softens the shell. Humidity affects it. Capsules left in a hot car or kept in a steamy bathroom can deform or stick together.

Keep them cool, dry, in the original packaging, out of direct sunlight. Do not use one that has leaked or changed shape.

The mechanism

Arousal releases nitric oxide in the erectile tissue, producing a messenger that relaxes the small arteries. Blood flows in, the swelling tissue presses on the draining veins, and the blood stays.

PDE5 destroys that messenger, ending the erection. Tadalafil blocks PDE5.

Arousal is required. The format changes absorption, nothing else.

Nitrates: the one hard stop

This is the single line on the page with no room for interpretation.

Glyceryl trinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate, nicorandil — anything taken for angina, including the spray carried for emergencies.

Together they can drop blood pressure to a dangerous level. Not mild dizziness. Circulatory collapse.

The same applies to amyl nitrite used recreationally, sold as poppers.

And with tadalafil there is an extra consideration: it stays in the body far longer than the others. A gap of a day or two is not enough. If you take nitrates in any form, this is out entirely.

Who should not take it

• Recent heart attack or stroke
• Unstable angina, or chest pain on light exertion
• Severe heart failure
• Uncontrolled high blood pressure, or markedly low blood pressure
• Severe liver or kidney disease
• Retinitis pigmentosa
• Previous sudden vision loss from reduced optic nerve blood supply

Alpha blockers for an enlarged prostate lower blood pressure as well, and the effects add. That pairing needs arranging deliberately.

The back ache, and where it comes from

Back and muscle ache turns up more with tadalafil than with the alternatives, and there is a reason.

These drugs block PDE5, but none of them does so perfectly. Tadalafil also has some effect on a related enzyme, PDE11, found in skeletal muscle.

That is the leading explanation for the aching lower back and thighs some men notice, typically starting a day or so after taking it.

It is harmless and it passes. An ordinary painkiller handles it. For some people a lower strength avoids it while keeping most of the effect.

Other possible side effects

• Headache
• Indigestion and reflux
• Flushing
• Blocked nose
• Dizziness
• Limb pain

Two things that need help immediately

An erection lasting more than four hours. Not something to wait out — after several hours the tissue begins to sustain permanent damage.

Sudden loss of vision or hearing, one side or both. Stop and get seen urgently.

Both rare. Both measured in hours, not days.

Ordering without prescription: how it works

Gel capsules want cool dry storage, which is a further argument for keeping a supply at home.

Pick the strength and the pack size, put in a delivery address, confirm. Couple of minutes, any time of day, no queue and no conversation accross a counter.

It goes out in plain packaging. No pharmacy name on the outside, nothing that hints at what is inside. How long delivery takes depends on where the parcel is headed.

On price it comes down to strength and pack size. Larger packs generally work out better per unit.

The outside of the parcel gives nothing away, wherever in the UK it is going. No pharmacy branding, no product name, nothing that suggests medication. For most customers that is the whole reason for ordering online.
