Year-round, or just hay fever season?

Seasonal allergy has an end date. Perennial allergy does not.

House dust mites live in the mattress all year. Pets do not go away in winter. Mould spores actually peak when the heating comes on and the windows stay shut.

Lean your head forward.
Cross hands: right hand into the left nostril.
Point the nozzle outward, toward the ear.
Soft breath in, no sniffing.

Outward angle, every time. Spraying repeatedly at the central wall is what causes crusting and nosebleeds, and it is the single most common technique fault.
