The general principle
We collect only the data needed to fulfil an order and to communicate about it. Nothing beyond that.
We do not sell data and we do not share it with parties that are not involved in getting your order to you.
What we process
- Name and delivery address
- Email address and, if you provide it, a telephone number
- Order details: items, date, value
- Payment information passed on by the payment provider
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, time of visit
We do not see or store full payment card details. Those are handled by the payment provider.
What it is used for
Fulfilling the order. Without an address there is no parcel; without an email address there is no way to tell you where it is.
Communicating about the order. Questions, complaints, returns, delivery information.
Legal obligations. Records relating to transactions are kept for the period the regulations require.
Security and keeping the site working. Technical data helps detect misuse and fix faults.
Who receives data
Only parties involved in fulfilling the order.
- The carrier, which receives what it needs to deliver the parcel
- The payment provider, which processes the transaction
- The technical provider maintaining the site
- Public authorities, where the law requires it
Each receives only the data neccessary for its particular task.
How long we keep it
Order data is kept for as long as the rules on commercial and tax records require.
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to close the matter. Technical data is deleted after a short period.
After those periods data is deleted or permanently stripped of anything identifying.
Your rights

- Objection to certain kinds of processing
- Complaint to the supervisory authority
To exercise any of these, write to us. We may ask you to confirm your identity — specifically so that nobody else can obtain your data.
Cookies
The site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function: remembering the basket, maintaining a session. Without those an order cannot be placed.
Cookies that are not necessary require your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Most browsers allow cookies to be managed in the settings. Blocking all of them may make the site unusable.
Security
The connection to the site is encrypted. Access to data is limited to those who need it for their work.
No safeguard is absolute, but the measures in place match the nature of the data being handled.
Discretion of the parcel
Nothing on the outside of a parcel indicates what is inside — no pharmacy name, no description of contents. We regard that as part of protecting privacy rather than as a marketing extra.

This policy may change as the service develops and as the rules change. The current version is always on this page.
