Movement side effects
Quetiapine is less likely than older antipsychotics to cause movement problems, but they are possible.
Restlessness and an inability to sit still, stiffness, tremor, or involuntary movements of the face or tongue should all be reported rather than tolerated.
The involuntary movement type in particular needs reporting early, since it is harder to reverse once established.
