Frequently Asked Questions | Ordering Without Prescription

Ordering

Do I realy not need a prescription?

No. The products in our range are ordered without a prescription and without a consultation. There are no questionnaires to fill in and nobody to speak to before placing an order.

Do I have to create an account?

No. A delivery address and the details needed to send the parcel are enough. We do not force anyone to register.

How do I place an order?

Choose the product, the strength and the pack size, add it to the basket, enter a delivery address, select a payment method and confirm. It takes a couple of minutes.

Can I change an order after placing it?

Usually yes, provided the parcel has not been dispatched. Write to us as soon as possible — once it has gone, nothing can be altered.

Delivery and packaging

How long does delivery take?

It depends on where the parcel is going. Once it has been dispatched you receive the information needed to track it.

Can anyone tell what is in the parcel?

No. The packaging is plain: no pharmacy name, no logo, and nothing indicating the contents. The sender details do not reveal what the parcel is about either.

What if I am not at home?

The carrier leaves a card or details of a collection point. The exact procedure depends on which courier is handling the delivery.

What should I do if the parcel does not arrive?

First check the tracking, and check whether it has been left with a neighbour or at a collection point — that happens more often than people expect. If that gets you nowhere, write to us with your order number and we will look into it.

The products

What is the difference between a generic and the original?

A generic contains the same active ingredient in the same amount and form. The differences are in the inactive ingredients, the appearance and the name. The lower price exists because the manufacturer did not fund the original research.

Do generics work less well?

No. A generic has to demonstrate that it delivers a comparable amount of the active ingredient into the bloodstream. That is a condition of being allowed on the market at all.

How do I know which product to choose?

Each page explains how the medicine works, how to take it and when it is not suitable. We do not advise on what you personally should take, because we do not know your medical situation.

Can I combine several products?

It depends on the substances. Known interactions are listed on each page. If you already take regular medication — particularly for the heart, for blood clotting or for mental health — read that section carefully.

How should medicines be stored?

Dry, at room temperature, out of reach of children. The bathroom is the worst place in the house: humidity and temperature swings shorten the life of a lot of medicines.

Payment and returns

What payment methods are available?

The available methods are shown at checkout. Payment is handled over a secure connection.

What determines the price?

Strength and pack size. Larger packs generally work out better per unit.

Can I return an order?

Return conditions are set out on a seperate page. Medicinal products carry restrictions that follow from the regulations — the details are in the returns policy.

What if something arrives damaged?

Write to us straight away and include a photograph if you can. We handle those cases individually.

Data and privacy

What happens to my personal data?

It is used to fulfil the order and to contact you about it. The details are in the privacy policy.

Can anyone see what I have ordered?

Only you know the contents of your order. Nothing on the parcel indicates what is inside.

A parcel locker or a work address works as well as home for UK delivery, provided the details are complete and the name is on the door. The plain packaging is unchanged either way.
