About PharmaAccess | How We Work

Why this pharmacy exists

The starting point was a simple observation: a lot of people do not buy what they need because they do not want to talk about it.

There are other customers behind you. The question has to be asked out loud. For certain subjects that barrier wins against the need — and the result is a problem left untreated.

PharmaAccess exists to remove that barrier. An order is placed without a conversation, without registration, and without explaining to anyone why you want it.

How we work

Three things we take seriously.

Discretion. Plain packaging, no pharmacy name on the outside, nothing indicating the contents. Nobody but you knows what arrived.

Honest product pages. Each one explains not only what a medicine does but what it does not. Side effects, interactions and contraindications are part of the text rather than small print at the bottom.

Availability. For anything taken long term, an interruption is a real problem. So we try to keep the range predictable rather than intermittent.

What we do not do

We do not try to persuade anyone to order something they do not need.

We do not describe products as effective against everything. We do not invent satisfied customers. We do not promise results a medicine cannot deliver.

We also do not pretend that reading a page online is equivalent to being examined. Many of our texts say plainly when it is better to be seen than to order something else — and we think that is how it should be.

Where the content comes from

Product pages are written from information about the active substances: how they work, how the body handles them, what they interact with, and what adverse effects are known.

We try to explain that in language that does not require a medical background. Where something cannot be simplified without being distorted, we write it accurately and then explain it.

We do not claim authority we do not have. These pages are meant to help you understand a medicine, not to substitute for someone who knows your situation.

Why we stock so many generics

Because for a great many medicines the difference comes down to the name and the price.

A generic contains the same active ingredient in the same strength and form. It exists because the patent on the original has expired, and it costs less because the manufacturer did not have to pay for research done decades ago.

For someone taking a medicine every day for years, that difference stops being a detail.

Getting in touch

If something is missing, something is unclear, or an order has gone wrong — write to us. We answer questions about the range, delivery and the status of a parcel.

What we will not answer is which medicine you personally should take. We do not know your medical history, and guessing about that would be irresponsible.

Parcels leave on working days, so UK public holidays and weekends push everything back. If it matters to a date, order with a few days to spare rather than none. Nobody can promise a calendar day.
